The back gate opens onto this public lakefront park with a basketball court, playground, charcoal grills and picnic tables, then a short path down to the water. Lake Austin is constant-level, so it's calm for paddling. Jessica Hollis Park is also within walking distance. Larger groups should plan shower times. - Laundry is in the guest house, so you'll step outside to get to it.
