If you'd like to bring your own motorboat or jetskis our driveway will accommodate boat parking. Motorized Boats can be launched on to Lake Travis from Mansfield Dam Park (5 min drive) or on Lake Austin at Selma Hughes Park (15 min drive) or reach out to us about options for chartering a boat. Nearby, there are plenty of fabulous restaurants, great destinations and unique attractions. You can enjoy the scenic view at the legendary Oasis, meet Brisket the cow at Planet Rock Distillery or enjoy some indoor entertainment at High Five. House Rules

If you break it, fix it. Or, just let us know. Sh*t happens, it's no big deal. If you can't fix it, let us know so that we can before the next guest checks in. If you turn it on, turn it off. Make sure to turn the propane off after using the fire pit or the grill. Make sure TVS, small appliances, and lights are off before you leave. If you move it, move it back. If you re-arrange furniture, put it back the way you found it. If you use a stand-up paddle board, don't leave it on the lake :) If you have a party, invite us. JK but we're in a residential area. Be respectful of our neighbors, many of whom are full time residents here. Small get-togethers are fine, but if you're having a kegger, were gonna have issues. After 11 pm, bring the party inside. NO SMOKING ALLOWED INSIDE: minimum $500 additional cleaning fee for any inside smoking.

Erika’s place is wonderful.. just perfect for this long weekend in January. It is the 3rd time we’ve been there and always as we expected to be… clean, quiet and peaceful! This location is a gem. This time we were not here to go to paddle on the lake, too cold for that but we knew we will be in a warm and welcoming place. This hime is well stocked with dishes and anything you need. The temperatures were below freezing outside dur in our stay at night and the heater was all good to keep us warm at night. Thank you so much again to having us in your home. We will definitely come back.

Very cute and cozy in a peaceful, small neighborhood. I didn't realize one of the bedrooms was detached but it worked out well for my teenager to have his own space. We enjoyed playing in the park right outside the back fence and walking the dog around the neighborhood. Also appreciated the super-comfortable beds - not always something you get in a rental!
